Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting up your query over here.
Long standing history of dry nose, frequent headaches with nose bleeds points towards
allergic rhinitis or sinusitis.
If I were your treating doctor I recommend following measures during an acute episode,
-Oral anti histaminics like cetrizine,
Paracetamol diclofenac combination for headache.
-Avoid frequent use of local nasal decongestant.
Nasal irrigation with saline water if there are crusts in nose.
-Steam inhalation.
-Avoiding smoking and exposure to second hand smoke or air pollutants.
-Intake of regular multiple servings of fruits and vegetables for vitamin A.
-Regular Yoga and breathing exercises will help in wrong run.
-If the symptoms are seasonal in nature,a prophylatic drug called
montelukast to be taken 3 -4 months prior to the season.
-Avoid keeping pets at home.Keep house free from dust and tidy.
If still symptoms persist, visit to ENT surgeon for further tests like nasal endoscopy and other advanced tests will be necessary
-Foamy urine can be because of less intake water.Drink minimum 8-10 glasses of water everyday. If still it persists, you need to urinanalysis test get done.Further management will depend on result.
Thanks.
