What Causes Nose Bleeding And Headache?

I had a bad nose bleed earlier this evening. I had been in the shower and cleaned the tiles with Vim so I had my head tilted forward for a long time with the hot water running over my head. Also on Eltroxin and have to go for blood tests tomorrow. Yestetday we had country trip and air was dry. Am also on Epilim, Seroquel, blood pressure and cholesterol pills. Take Omega 3,6,9 too. Have bad headache now. Not sure what could have caused this bad nose bleed. Last time I had nose bleeds was when I was a child. I am now 58...

most common cause of epitaxsis is usally uncontrolled BP
so my suggest is to control your BP first if it in upper side

because cause of nose bleed and headcahe can be co-related

at home if it occur tightly press your nose n approach to the doctor as early as possible
