What Causes Nose Bleeding And Headaches?

Hi, i have had nose bleeds for a week now. Some severe, some just on and off all day. thought it was due to dryness and sinus infection, however sinuses cleared up and no dryness. headaches come and go, starting to feel somewhat fatigue the last couple days - - why is this happening?

Hello there,
If u have sinusitis associated with infection, u would have running nose and headache. u can take steam inhalation with karvol decongestant capsules and take pain killer. your fatigue can be due to dehydration, Take plenty of fluids. If ur bleeding is severe, please visit an ENT Surgeon and get ur examination done.
