What Causes Nose Bleeding And Metallic Taste In Mouth?
hi iam 27 just abit worried i feel like i can feel my blood pumping through my veins on my arms mainly! i have also had 2 nose bleeds which i have never had and i am on my period ,and got a funny metal taste in my mouth! is it anything to worry about?

Hello,
As per your history, it may be due to dry nose.
For that you can apply nasal saline drops locally. Alternatively you can use Vaseline Jelly locally.
Avoid forceful nose blowing or nose picking. Avoid hot and humid environment. Use humidifier. Keep your self hydrated.
During nose bleeding, pinch nose for ten minutes. Never lie down.
