What Causes Nose Bleeding And Numbness In The Right Hand?

Hy.my problems is not new i have it from about2-3m ago my nose bleding every time i try to clean it with a tissue happening this every day 4-6 times a day ,i have numbness in my right hand befour i had it in left hand and now i have it in the right hand and the numbness is bad in the morning rli painful and it last for 1h or so .Recently i had a diagnostic of tendonita in my left wrist and i still wait a mri report from hospital.What i rli worye about is some times i fell dezy like losing my breath for 3-5 sec i just cant breath the nose bleding whenever i try to clean it and the numbness tha tnever goes awai. Any help pls...

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dizziness can be due to different possible causes, e.g. dehydration, inner ear conditions, anemia, side effect of medication.

The bleeding may be due to dryness of the nostrils or due to allergies or as a result of trauma from trying to clean it. The nose does not need to be cleaned regularly unless you have a cold or allergies. If you have allergies then using an antihistamine/decongestant combination may help.

The numbness of the hands may require imaging of the neck to make sure there are no issues with the nerves in this area.
