What Causes Nose Bleeding Associated With Headache, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi my friend has weird symptoms, she recently became dizzy and disorientated then got a nose bleed. Common head aches, nausea and dizziness, stated previously she was having internal bleeding issues believing something maybe wrong with the lining of her stomach. These occurrences may have no connection at all but i m not sure. I have no medical knowledge.

These symptom nose bleeding , nausea, vomitting, and dizziness may be due to hypertension. So general physical examination ie nesessary before making any diagnosis. So plz consult your physician.
