What Causes Nose Bleeding, Lightheadedness And Headache After Hitting Head?

Hit head soon after nose bleed.
hello,

todaya I fell backwards hitting my back and head I think I had a blackout for a sec soon after my nose started bleeding, now I have a headache but not sure if it is because of the heat I am feeling funny I don't know how to explain I don't know what I feel like doing and abit light headed, could there be anything wrong, internal bleeding, brain damage?

I can understand your concern.
You are having head injury.
And you had black out episode with nose bleeding after head injury.
Both of these are commonly seen with internal brain damage.
So better to consult doctor immediately and get done clinical examination and MRI of brain to rule out internal brain injury.
If MRI is normal then no need to worry for brain injury or major complications.
