What Causes Nose Bleeding, Syncope, Weight Loss And Severe Anger?

My son in law is 22 years old. He is in the army reserves. Recently, 9 months ago has fathered a son with my daughter ,and lives with my daughter and elderly parent. He is under a lot of stress but recently my he and my daughter are not getting along. He is angry all of the time. He is having noise bleeds, and tonight fainted in the kitchen. He is losing weight and is complaining of back and leg pain. He quit his job yesterday and is definitely not rational. I am concerned this could be a health issue

From your description, I am of the opinion that these nose bleeds may be caused due to snorting cocaine. All other symptoms are also consistent with the same. I advise you to take him into confidence and check for the blood levels. Accordingly, treatment can be started.
