What Causes Nose Bleeding While Bending Down?
I m a male at 52 years of age with high blood pressure which is treated with medication. Two days ago I bent over to pick something up from the floor 2 times and I had a severe nose bleed coming from my right nostril and the mouth. A lot of blood loss along with dizziness, weak and incoherent feeling. I was very alarmed by this so I called 911. Paramedics came and assessed this situation along with taking my blood pressure which was not in the abnormal ranges. The paramedics felt like it was from me bending down?? Just about an hour ago this happened again. I attempted to bend down to pick something up from the floor and blood coming from right nostril and the mouth. Not the amounts it did 2 days ago but it did happen again. I m really worried about this. Any suggestions? I m calling my doctor first thing in the morning....

hello, thanks for your query, bleeding from nose ,do happen in high Bp cases. it also occurs due to picking or removing nasal crusts (injuring nasal mucosa ). presently you need not to be worried, as Bp in normal range. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
