What Causes Nose Bleeding While Doing Exercises?

I recently started bleeding when I do weights. Not always but for the past 2 days I woke up and statutes bleeding, today as well. I worked out today and while doing weights I started bleeding,and it s always from my left nostril only.. What can it be?

Yeah, this case is quiet common especially in the dry seasons. Exercise causes increase in blood pressure and the ironing causes more than free hand exercise. If there is any weak mucosal area in our nose the increase pressure often leads to such things. I would suggest to stop exercise for few days while checking your blood pressure and taking antihistaminic drugs, prevention of nasal blow and drying and taking good amount of fresh fruits. If still it persists for a longer (aprox 4 weeks) diagnostic nasal endoscopy will be needed.
