What Causes Nose Bleeding With Headache?

I have been getting nose bleeds lately, I have been stressing as I am getting married soon and I am a perfectionist also I am under alot of pressure at work to so there is really no rest time, I have been getting headaches as well and this hot feeling even when it is 2 degree's outside I could walk around with a vest on.

As an ENT specialist, I suspect all your symptoms are mostly related to stress but I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist and get your nose checked to rule out any other conditions and start on medications.
