I just had ear tubes put in last week (at 35, of all the stupid things to hit in adulthood!) and after having a nosebleed today (allergies, common thing and since I had a issue years ago caused by a doctor attempting to cauterize the source of the problem, nosebleeds almost always go back and down my throat, not out my nose) am having blood come out of my ear now. Is that something that can happen with the tubes (ie, normal if weird/uncomfortable) or should I be hightailing my backside over to the urgent case clinic since it s after nine at night?
