What Causes Nose Block, Mouth Breathing And Discharge Of Hard Blood Clumps?

hi, i am having sleeping. My nose plugs up and i will start breathing through my mouth, My mouth will become so hot and dry, I still won t be able to breath through my nose even after i am up for quite a while, and then i will start to blow my nose and an unusual amount of mucus will come out hard clumps and some times with some blood

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Clogging of the nose causing mouth breathing and then expulsion of large mucus clumps with blood can be due to the following:
- Atrophic rhinitis
- Mass in the nose .
- Hypertrophied Turbinates
Deviated nasal septum with infection and so on.

I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon who would conduct Endoscopy of the nose and ask for CT scan of nose and sinuses.
This will give you the diagnosis and plan for a treatment.
