What Causes Nose Blockage For Every 12 Hours When Having Sleep Apnea?

I HAVE SLEEP APNEA AND USE A CPAC MACHINE. DESPITE USING SALINE RINSES, PRESCRIBED NOSE SPRAYS ...MY RIGHT NOSE GETS COMPLETELY BLOCKED ABOUT EVERY 12 HOURS...CAUSING ME TO AWAKEN AND USE A DECONGESTANT SPRAY WHICH I KNOW IS NOT GOOD. I HAD SURGERY LAST SUMMER TO FIX A DEVIATED SEPTUM...MAYBE IT NEEDS MORE...ANYWAY I DON'T SLEEP RIGHT AND HAVE A MULTITUDE OF SYMPTOMS.

Hello

Please dont worry!! It is likely that you maybe having a small swelling/ mass in your nostril, You will need to be evaluated again by tour ent including an endoscopy or a Ct scan before this can be confirmed and may need to undergo a small surgery to reduce/excise this mass.
Please continue the saline rinses and meet your ent doctor. Thanks
