What Causes Nose Congestion Along With Headaches?

Yes, I m having symptoms of having a stuffy nose, some times runny nose, with a headache stationed within the front of my head. I was diagnosed with the flu on 02/5/2018 but after a week i started having those symptoms so I m not sure what I have now. I m thinking just a sinuses infection.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Use nasal decongestant sprays. Topical nasal decongestants can be helpful if used for no more than three to four days.
-Take oral antihistamines.
-Use nasal saline washes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
