What Causes Nose To Turn Red After Rhinoplasty?

Hi had rhinoplasty may 14 2014 everything was going great until sept 16 at four months woke up and my nose was red ,called my doc prescribed Zpack finished it now my nose is red again this time telling me to take cipro ! Going out of my mind please help me
