What Causes Nosebleed After Taking Zupar For Migraine?

Hello Doctor, A friend of mine (25years) has migraine and she gets unbearable headaches and following which she takes Zupar 400mg (by glaxosmithkline) tablet for relief. The thing is that she gets nose bleeding the 2nd or 3rd day after consuming of the tablet. Sometimes the bleeding is more or less, but happens. I happened to check online and there are 1.no aspirins that she takes, 2.no blood thinning medications, 3. no heart diseases, no liver or kidney problems, 4.not pregnant too for some of the side effects which could happen for the bleeding. Could you please tell me the reason for such bleeding? Any reasons with your experience of why it might be happening? And if any tests needed, please be precise on what tests to take and why?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The only advice I can give is to check it out with ENT specialists. We should rule out upper respiratory tract problems then can give final conclusion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
