What Causes Nosebleed And Tiredness?

My son, who is 19, was walking on a hot day last week and said he got a nose bleed out of the blue & then he got very tired and fell asleep under a tree for about a half an hour. He hasn t been to the doctor in about a year. Should he go for a check up and or bloodwork? High bp does run in both sides of the family.

Hello,

I believe he is having too young to have elevated BP. I believe it can be related to dry and hot weather together with any external factors like picking nose. I think he may do a total blood count to get checked the platelets levels. Taking vitamin C supplements with low dose is needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
