What Causes Nosebleed, Chest Pain And Heart Palpitation?

Hello I had a nose bleed today and it was quiet bad and I though if it something bad as I am wheezing when I breath I do I ve chest pain and my heart does hurt and beat fast when I m not even active o thought it may be hay fever bit now I m not to sure?

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. The problems may be due to elevated Blood Pressure or an other heart condition.

I suggest you consult a doctor for a complete hypertensive workup and management plan.
