What Causes Numb Black Circular Spot On The Left Toe?

Hello,I have a black circular spot on my second to little toe on my left foot,it is painful,also both my lower legs don t feel right,numb & the muscles are very tight.My mum & nan had arterial vascular disease. I quit drinking alcohol ten days ago abruptly as had had some blood tests done & was warned my liver was measured at 100,whatever that means? earlier in the year it was 70. However at this moment I am more concerned for my toe,my feet are always freezing.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like melanoma. A biopsy is required in case of diagnostic confusion.
