What Causes Numb Lips, Disorientation, Fatigue Followed By Fits?

Hi my girlfriend is having episodes of getting numb lips, followed by disorientation, extreme fatigue followed by a fit of some description. She has not been diagnosed with Epilepsy but has begun to have these only over the past week. What should we do?
