What Causes Numb Throat With Excess Saliva In Mouth During Menses?

Hi, Im 25 years old and before/during my period I feel a numbness in my throat and also a feeling of too much saliva in my mouth. I typically then tend to vomit in small quantitates but it tastes sour. Its an unbearable pain and weakness I feel. what could be the issue
