What Causes Numb-tingling Sensation In Arm Fingertips After Pop In Wrist?

i had a pop in my right wrist & now have paid & a numb-tingling sensation radiating up my arm & down to the tips of my fingers. I do a lot of typing & this is my dominant hand. I have had some pain in the past that made me think of carpel tunnel but I haven't sought treatment because they were brief & infrequent.
