What Causes Numb White Blotches On The Finger While Treating A Wound?

I got four stitches in two of my fingers after taking the bandages off one finger looks normal and smells just like its collected sweat but the other finger has gained dead white bloches of skin around the and smella like its decayed could this be dangerous

I think there is Infection in your finger. You need to properly clean the wound with hydrogen peroxide water and Betadine. If it doesn't get better maybe antibiotics are needed as an ointment or maybe even orally. Keep yourself in observation.
