What Causes Numbness All Over The Body?

For about two weeks now, I've been experiencing a slight numbness all over my body, even in my mouth and throat. (I've also been feeling quite emotionless, if that has anything to do with it either...) On Saturday, I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and gave me an amoxicillin, which I'm still taking. Yesterday I was diagnosed with mononucleosis. For about the same amount of time, my sleeping patters have been off. For the past three days I've got adequate sleep, but before for about a weeks time I barely got any sleep at all, and my sleep isn't very restful, I just about always feel awake. Sometimes I half sleep with an unclear perception of imagination and reality. (when I wake up, I'm not like that anymore though.) The temperature in my house is about 62 degrees. I've been trying to get enough to eat and drink (even though I don't feel particularly hungry at all, and no matter how much I drink, I still feel thirsty), and I know my exercising is down a bit due to fatigue when I walk, but my numbness just doesn't seem to go away. Am I just cold or is it a symptom of mono or what?

I've been to the doctor, and she didn't say anything about my numbness, even though she checked my hands. (I mean I can still feel things a little, just not very much and I almost feel awkward in my body sometimes.)
