What Causes Numbness And Blue Discoloration In The Right Hand Fingers?

OK my right hand fingers are ice cold numb and feel limke there on fire plus they have a blue tint to them this is for last ten days I live in southern califonia I am at the momme t homeless and jobless was holding to know the cause or be told to go to hospital its getting co!over and can hardly use my fingers
