What Causes Numbness And Burning Sensation Around The Knee After An Injury?

10 days ago i stumbled and twisted when getting dressed and felt asharp pain in my lower back.at first the pain was severe and i wasnt able to stand up sraight.every day has seen improvement but i still have numbness in and around my knee and towards evening burning sensation mainly up my inner thigh.will this disappear with time?
