General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I understand your concern.
Possible causes of such symptoms may include:
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Diabetic neuropathy
-Ionic imbalances
-Vitamin deficiency
-Liver and kidney pathologies
-Neurologic disorders like MS
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.Tests that may help include: serum electrolytes, full blood count, liver and kidney function tests, fasting blood sugar and others.
In the meantime, i will recommend healthy diet with enough vegtables and some multivitamins while waiting to see your Doctor.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns.
Best regards
