What Causes Numbness And Heaviness On Arm?

My left arm keeps losing getting numb and feels heavy It lasts for about 10 - 20 min, then goes away and starts a few days afterwards and i know it cant be a hart attack as for i'm only 16. It happens when i'm sitting or standing and most of the time I did not even lean on it, Can you help me please?
