What Causes Numbness And Inflammation On The Foreskin?

i have inflammation on my foreskin and it feels kind of numb, just the foreskin though, it started 2 weeks ago when I had some kind of reaction to Lever 2000 soap, it seemed to be going away but swelled up again a week later and I feel like it was masturbating that caused it to swell again. So I stopped masturbating and been keeping it clean and it seems to be going away but very slowly, is there anything I should watch out for or know to take better care? Thank you.
