What Causes Numbness And Lack Of Oxygen In Legs And Forearms After Heavy Workout?
I get white numb cold feet with hard exercise and my left armpit/high up my inner arm hurts and the outside of my left hand goes numb. I also have a severe lack of oxygen feeling in my legs and forearms with intense exercise. Any idea what this could be??

this is symptoms of excessive exercise. exercise ought to be done till one start perspiration in forehead, armpits, hands and legs, breathing become rapid. If one has worked excessively do deep breathing, crystalline sugar (sakar) 50 gms in 250ml water take slowly (approx 10 min) and seat comfortable in Vajrasana pose. if still symptoms continues consult doctor and get Vit B12 and Folic acid checked
