What Causes Numbness And Pain In Right Arm In Children?

Hi there my 18months old daughter seems to have a problem with her right arm every now and then. It just becomes lame she cannot lift it, use it and refuses you to touch it, she cries like she s in a lot of pain. Can you please explain what the problem might be?Many thanx A worried mom
