What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Arm?

Hi, my left arm just starting getting numb/hurting and its starting to lose body heat? i felt for a pulse on my brachial but its either weak or not there and im not feeling it on my wrist either. i exercised (swim) for about an hour and a half today if it matters

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three tablets a day.

Stretching exercises may also be helpful.
