What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Buttocks And Genital Area?

I have numbness in lower buttocks and between legs (groin), some pain in lower back - MRI L4-L5 2 mm disc bulge, L5-S1 2 mm disc buldge, moderate to severe bilateral foraminal stenosis caused arthropthy and foraminal component of disc with perineural fat loss that can cause bilateral L5 radiculopathy. Cauda equina is normal. NO intraspinal turmor. Conus medullaris is normal. Why all the numbness and pain in buttocks, sit bones and genital area???
