What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Legs And Hips?

Hi I am 33 years old and have been going to the orthopedics for several different issues but I am being treated as if I was there to get pain medication even though I have rejected all what the have prescribed except for the ibuprofen. I have numbness in both legs and authorities in my hips also my tendons at all of my joints have sharp pains like I can t stretch my arms or legs completely out can I get some kind of help

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should get done vitamin b 12 level because vitamin b12 deficiency can cause numbness and similar kind of pain.
If your vitamin B12 level is low then you will need supplements.
Also take pregabalin or gabapentin to relieve such pain.
Combination of pregabalin and vitamin b 12 is easily available. Try this for 1 month, you will mostly improve with numbness and pain.
