What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I have an elderly female friend who just told me about an incident she had recently. She said that she had a numb feeling from her waist down when standing up and her bladder LET GO . Would this be something she should go to a Urologist for? She is having pain in her lower abdomen and had a urine sample done and it didn t show a UTI. What else could it be?

itcan be gastritis cholitis or calculi bladder or ureter. have kub ultrasound. get examined by doctor for clinical examination and advice on diagnosis.
