Yes please for the last three and a half weeks the pinky and two middle toes on my left foot are numb and now the second toe really hurts and they all feel like there s a rubber band wrapped around them the pain from the second toe woke me up in the middle of the night
Numbness in your foot may be a temporary condition. Generally, it is the result of conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply the foot.
The most common cause of the toe numbness is direct compression of the nerves of the foot from footwear from shoes. Numbness of the toe can occur because of injury to the foot, nerve damage (neuropathy), and poor circulation to the foot. If you are experiencing numbness in toes only and not in other parts of the body then you don't need to worry, it will resolve of its own in few days.
Avoid wearing small size footwear and heels. Wear flats only. Movements and exercises that don’t irritate your foot numbness are great ways to improve blood flow to the affected nerves.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
