What Causes Numbness And Pain In Toe Joint?

I have severe numbness shooting pain and toe joint pain. I also have bone pain in all joints tight tendons and muscle mostly legs and feet I have a hard time wearing shoes. My vision is getting blurry fast shin and arm bones are very pain full to touch a current MRI of my brain and neck show some black spots I am having a hard time with memorie and attention span. I have had spinal shots and finally cotterizing with no relief please send info
