What Causes Numbness And Pain On Left Side Of The Head?

For the past four days I ve been feeling a discomfort on the left side of my head, right above the ear, it feels like it s shooting electric shocks, sharp and sometimes it feel a bit hot and numb, I have experience light headeaches, so What would u say??? I m somewhat concern this might be a possible stroke

i think this pain is neuropathic in nature.
But you need to give me some more history like-
Any h/o TIA,
H/O diabetes ,hyypertension.
Any ct scan done or not?report?
Your age,sex,weight, any visual changes during attack of pain.
Now you can take tablet gabapentin.
Also consult a neurologist asap.
