What Causes Numbness And Pain On The Finger Tips And Toes?

My fingertips and tips of my toes are splitting open, sore, fairly numb, and I am not getting much relief. I have Sle/Lupus, Sjorgren s Syndrome , Rheumatoid Arthritis, Seizure Disorder(lupus related), Hypertension, Raynaud s Syndrome, Hypothyroidism, Chronic Ischemic Intestines/Crohn s/ or unknown intestinal disorder. I am 54 years of age. My rheumatologist/lupus specialist just left the place where she is practicing & the company will not tell me where to find her. Do you have any dirrection, thoughts, or possible diagnoses for this problem?
