What Causes Numbness And Pressure In The Calf Region?

Iwoke up-leg feels numb & pressure (mostly calf area) bout 2 inches (back of leg) above the knee i found a dark blue bruise-had no falls injury. It has cool sensations, when I walk I limp and feel like its clumsy have some strenghth in it but it doesnt feel normal. It mostly feels cool, not to touch and it is uncomfortable to sit where my knees bend on a chair the femur muscles in the back hurt a little
