What Causes Numbness And Pulsation On Chin?

HI I have a weird sensation on the right side of my chin, it kind of feels like it goes numb for a second or has a pulse and then goes away. It happens quite frequently throughout the day. It started about 3 days ago. There is no pain, it's just annoying. I'm 31 and super active. Almost feels like my chin is about to droop or something. Any advice?
