What Causes Numbness And Spasms In Peripherals Along With Back Pain?

I have an MRI on my lower back and there is nothing abnormal other a little disc degeneration. Next step is an XRay of upper back and MRI of neck. I always been able to run golf and play tennis---but have started waking up at night will all my extremities burning---not really numbness or tingling and spasms and upper back pain. I walked 4 miles this morning and now a having that burning feeling all over. Is there any testing I should be looking at for a nervous system disorder?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, once the disease or lesion being detected well with MRI and X-ray then no need to think about any test, if the it is doubtful then conduction test can be done or PET can be thought, in my opinion clinical diagnosis is best one, hope this information helps.
