What Causes Numbness And Swelling In Hands?

Hello, i have experienced every now and then that my left arm is numb and swells up so does my left foot i am only 15 but what could it be? I am kind of scared... It just started happening Saturday and i have a lot of stress and aniexty. Could there be something wrong with my heart?
