What Causes Numbness And Tingling Feeling Between Calf, Scrotum And Feet?

Hi Dr., for the past 3 weeks or so, I have been feeling a numbing and tingling feeling between my calf and feet, also sometimes in my hands and in my scrotum on and off. I noticed that this happened last year too, but went away. Also, when I ate pizza the other day, it increased. Last year I got my blood checked and all was fine, but I notice at times when I eat a lot of carbs, I get this feeling, but today I haven't ate a lot. Please respond. I am 27, 6'2, 326lbs and no health problems, since high cholesterol in elem. school.
