What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Hand After Using Solgar Male Multiple?

i have tried different multivitamins and the one i prefer to continue is solgar male multiple,,but even with a small dose i get right hand numbness /tingling after 6 hours from the use,i really wanna figure a way to continue this one,,if you could explain what this means,thanks a lot
