General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Having tingling and numbness in hands while on treatment for angina requires evaluation, weather it is caused due to some dysfunction in heart.
Kindly visit Cardiologist and take an opinion. Probably you need echocardiogram and Doppler to know about the functioning status of your heart.
Kindly don't ignore the symptoms.
All the best.
