What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Palms After Physical Exertion?

I just started a physical machine press operator job. I put metal pieces in a machine and press holes in them for eight hours a day. Since, working this job; I have started enduring numbness & tingling in the palm of my hand and up and down my right arm. I am woke up by this every morning. The only way to relieve the tingling and numbness. I have to stretch my arm outwards and I will wrap my hand and arm, up in a heating pad. While, I am texting my hand is numbing. What could be the cause of this issue?

Numbness is a tigling sensation which may arise due to lac of proper blood supply in affected region due to overwork or over pressure.. few blood capillary supersed.

You need proper excercise and rest within your continue work.
