What Causes Numbness And Tingling On Right Side Of Body?

I woke up two days ago with numbness/tingling on the right side of my face, my scalp, ear, neck, shoulder and right arm. It has remained constant. I went to the ER, and they completed blood and neurological tests and they said everything looked fine. As of this morning I am experience dizziness and nausea when I walk, and have vomited several times. Help!

Hello madam/sir, you have not mentioned about your age and past medical history, i assume that u dont have other medical illness , because of its sudden onset and there is no significant finding on ER, u no need to worry about your numbness. Nausea is because of your medications. U mention about ur drug and medical history so that we can advise better. By your complaints u no need to worry. Thank u..
