What Causes Numbness And Tingling Pain Near Spine?

I have a numb, tingling pain close to my spine below my neck. I have tried trigger point injections, lidocaine patch, ice, Vicodin - no relief. Any ideas as to what treatment to try next? I have spinal degenerative disc disease, radiculopathy and osteo arthritis.
